Leadership

“My journey underscores the belief that purpose is a journey of continual discovery, fueling my dedication to serving our residents and team with genuine care, always striving to uphold their dignity and respect.”

Marissa McNally

MBA, LNHA

Administrator

Marissa leads our team at Clear Creek Nursing & Rehab with a dedication born from her journey in the long-term care (LTC) industry. Her path began during the Covid-19 pandemic, where she answered the call to serve as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at an Assisted Living facility. Through her experiences, she discovered her passion and purpose, eventually rising to become a Medication Aide. Driven by a desire to make a difference, Marissa pursued further education and training, completing her Master of Business Administration from 2020-2022. In February 2023, she finished her AIT program and in March 2023, she obtained licensure to oversee skilled nursing facilities in North Carolina. Embracing her leadership role, Marissa joined Clear Creek Nursing & Rehab, bringing a fresh perspective, compassion, and vibrant energy to our community. Marissa’s commitment extends beyond professional duty; it is rooted in a deeply personal conviction to serve elders during their most vulnerable times. Inspired by her mother, a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult Geriatrics, Marissa mirrors her mother’s loving kindness and care in her daily interactions with residents and staff. We are honored to have Marissa McNally leading our team at Clear Creek Nursing & Rehab, where she embodies our commitment to compassionate care and excellence in service.

“I love to take care of people— and I am driven each day to help others feel better.”
